Talking to the Moon, Caleo One-Shot
The night had
fallen hours ago. The harsh, winter breeze was almost unbearable, even with two
layers of thick, wool blankets. Calypso leaned over the fence of her balcony,
staring intently at the horizon.
It had been
five months since Leo had left Ogygia. It had been five months of constant
worrying and praying to the gods that she hated so. Every day became more and
more unbearable. Calypso constantly wondered whether Leo was thinking of her,
whether he was finding a way back to her island. Most of all, she wondered
whether the scrawny son of Hepheastus was still alive.
